Service Content

Whether it is a new piano, an old piano, a group or home use, we will provide you with reasonable and satisfactory tuning and adjustment services.

We'll be happy to answer your questions and try to find the best solution.

Service area: Mainly in Hong Kong Island and Kowloon (remote areas are negotiable)
If the last tuning is more than two years ago, an additional 10% surcharge will be added
Tuning kit basic repair (excluding parts replacement)

Cancellation or change fee

The following cancellation or change fees apply to the Tuning Service:

A change fee of $200 will be charged 2 days before the confirmed date.
A cancellation fee of $500 will be charged on or before the service date.

To keep the piano in tune, regular tuning is necessary, at least twice a year.
